Workshop Refunds and Returns: All sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. 

Class and Retreat Cancellations:

WBR reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason. 

We do not cover losses caused directly or indirectly by known, foreseeable, or expected events, epidemics, pandemics, or government prohibitions, warnings, or travel advisories, or fear of travel. However, for a temporary period in response to the ongoing public health and travel crisis, we are currently giving ALL WBR class or retreat purchases 365 days to attend another class option. WBR reserves the right to charge additional fees for service fees, restocking, or any additional lost costs occurred for travel bookings. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on WORKSHOPS or RETREATS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a major issue please contact our TEAM.

2021 CANCUN RETREATAll ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given. Due to COVID-19 if you are unable to travel. WBR will give you an equal value ticket  towards a future WBR retreat, class, or event. Credit is valid for 365 days. WBR reserves the right to charge additional fees for restocking PLUS additional lost costs occurred to WBR for reserving your travel reservation.

STORE RETAIL : We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
